Inspired by our philosophy of bringing the paddock to plate experience to our customers, our Dine-In menu incorporates Modern Italian cooking with generations of culinary techniques. It also features our famous Salumeria that’s made by our family and celebrated across Australia for its unique flavour profile.
We’re licensed and offer a range of cocktails, wines and spirits to accompany your meal.
All meat is sourced directly from farmers and is cut and weighed in-store by our Butchery team fronted by the man himself Pino who has become a household name across Sydney for his passion and flare.

Our revised cafe operating hours are:
Breakfast / Lunch
8am-3pm Tuesday – Friday,
7.30am - 2pm Saturday
Friday & Saturday from 5pm
Due to staff shortages we will be taking a break from our Friday & Saturday dinners but look forward to resuming them in the near future.
