It also features our famous Salumeria that’s made by our family and celebrated across Australia for its unique flavour profile.
We’re licensed and offer a range of cocktails, wines and spirits to accompany your meal.
All meat is sourced directly from farmers and is cut and weighed in-store by our Butchery team fronted by the man himself Pino who has become a household name across Sydney for his passion and flare.

Chef Bektas Özcan, an internationally recognised Chef with 25+ years of experience, is hosting a Middle Eastern Dinner on September 23rd at Pino's Dolce Vita.
His journey includes top-notch establishments like Movenpick, Hilton, and Alain Ducasse. He's a medal-winning chef with over 100 honours and has worked with culinary icons like Jamie Oliver in Sydney, showcased his expertise at hatted restaurants Anason Barangaroo and Efendy Balmain, and collaborated with Chiswick's Matt Moran and Seagrass Meat and Wine Co.
