NOTE: Prices shown on our Catalogue should be viewed as a guide.
Due to the nature and process of producing our products, once your order is prepared and final weights have been taken, there may be a discrepancy with the amount paid.
There may be an extra balance you might have to pay or a refund from us at the end of order preparation. We will endeavour to get it as close to the amount paid as possible. In the event of this situation, a team member will contact you to discuss your options.
We provide a contactless delivery service, so your order will be safely delivered on your doorstep or driveway. You will receive a text message notifying you the delivery has been completed. Our driver will be taking a photo for proof of delivery so no need for a signature.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order might include chilled/frozen items if fresh option is not available. Order items may spoil if left unattended too long. Please ensure to bring your order inside and store appropriately soon after delivery.
Finally please ensure pets are secure and do not limit access for our driver.
