Walking into Pino's Dolce Vita Fine Foods in President Ave, Kogarah and is a multicultural sensory experience. There are over 100 sausage flavours from all over the world, from continental to the sub-continent. Salami, prosciutto, pancetta, capicollo and many more are hanging and drying in the shop.
Handcrafted with pride and passion by Pino Tomini Foresti and Sons, Fabiano and Marco. We are artisan producers of smallgoods using long-held, traditional methods passed down through seven generations and brought here from Italy over 30 years ago. It Is the pairing of our exacting, heritage techniques with the finest Australian produce, that yields our exceptional results.

Chemical and hormone free, Bangalow sweet pork from the Byron hinterland provides the perfect base for the creation of extraordinary hams, prosciutto, pancetta, bacon and all our other extraordinary smallgoods.
Grazing on the best pastures in the Southern Tablelands, their prime ‘Taralga Springs’ beef is shipped whole and aged up to 6 weeks before the cuts are prepared individually to your order.
